Elecworks continues to be well used by me and it has to be said is a great tool for producing drawings and BOM's.  We do not use the full potential of Elecworks yet - but I believe in the fullness of time we will.

I attended the 2 day introductory course with the trainer and was given the new training guide.  So far all queries I have had have been answered by this guide and also the great depth to which the trainer went into on the training course.  The trainer covered the subjects on the training course in great depth and detail and with great experience obviously having come from an industry background with relevant experience.

The support team again has helped me no end with issues I have had.  We recently moved to Windows 7 and could not get Elecworks to work - with the support teams' help we overcame this and were up and running (We would have been up and running more quickly had our IT department responded as quickly as your support team did).

I'm looking forward to the future upgrades and enhancements that you are integrating into the software.
