    Aceri offers software technical support with three levels of response as well as a pay-as-you-go service.
  • Level 3 Email / Telephone Support 24 Hours
  • Level 2 Telephone Support 8 Hours Level
  • 1 Telephone Support 4 Hours
  • Pay-as-you-go Telephone Support Call by call basis


We also have a team of application engineers and specialists who are happy to assist in resolving more complex problems, ensuring a fast and effective solution to your problem.

Remote Service
This is for time critical support issues where Aceri technical engineers can access your systems remotely, offering a faster resolution to the problem.

Housekeeping and Emergency call out days
Housekeeping days can be included in the technical service level agreement to ensure that your systems are always operating to optimum levels. Engineers can ensure that all the latest service patches have been downloaded and deployed and that systems are performing to expectation.

Emergency calls out days are available for those critical times when working down time is not an option. Installation and ConfigurationOffered for all software and hardware.

Customisation and Consultancy
Our application engineers offer a full range of services including software customisation, complete system recommendations, integration of document management systems, network set-up including security, access rights, backup and archive.
