Training with Aceri

At Aceri we understand that quality training is crucial to increasing productivity and therefore we provide training courses specifically for people who want to enhance their creativity, productivity and the quality of information during the design process.

There are also training courses available for existing users that wish to improve productivity and learn some of the more advanced features and techniques associated with their software application.We have 4 regional training centres conveniently located in Farnborough, Batley (Leeds), Birmingham and Dublin.

In addition to this, our team of specialist trainers are happy to travel on-site to your offices if this is more convenient for you and your team.We pride ourselves on our flexibility and quality, if for any reason your needs are not met by one of our courses, we will be happy to accommodate your requirements by creating a course tailored to your needs.Aceri offers the following range of training courses:

Scheduled Training
This is a 1, 2 or 3 day scheduled course which runs to a standard agenda.

Familiarisation Days
This course provides a general overview of the software package.

Customised Training
Scheduled training agendas are customised to meet your specific requirements whilst also utilising your project data.

Awareness Training
This course is targeted specifically to your identified weak spots, therefore catering directly to your needs.

Question & Answer Workshops
You can collate any problems you are experiencing with your software; then simply submit them to Aceri in advance and we will return to your site for a day to address these issues in either group sessions or individually.

Post Training Support
Aceri offers 6 months free post training support for all delegates who attend training. In addition to this we also provide course material and each delegate will also receive a training certificate.

Throughout the training each delegate will be asked to complete a 'Progress Report Document' as well as one of our standard questionnaires to ensure quality feedback to conform to ISO 9001:2000. A copy will be sent to the training manager for each delegate who attends training.
